RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your items. Here's how our return process works:

 

INITIATING A RETURN

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at team@vacantwear.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return form.
  • Upon receiving the return form, please fill it out with the required information.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with it, and include the completed return form in the package.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

 

PROCESSING REFUNDS

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

EXCHANGES

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
